AI Games

Playable experiments that use artificial intelligence as the mechanic, not as decoration. They run in the browser, nothing to install.

Frequently asked questions

What are AI games?

They are games where artificial intelligence is the mechanic, not decoration. Instead of AI merely driving an enemy, it becomes the controller itself: the game reads your blink, your voice, your face or what you type, and turns that into action. The ones here run entirely in the browser, with no server.

Do I need to install anything to play?

No. They open straight in the browser, on desktop or mobile. No download, no sign-up and no login.

Does the game use my camera? Is that safe?

Don't Blink does, only to detect the moment you blink. Face detection runs inside your own device, in WebAssembly: the video is never recorded and never leaves the device. You can play with no camera at all, walking with the space bar or a tap on the screen.

How is artificial intelligence actually used in the game?

In Don't Blink, a computer vision model tracks 478 points on your face and measures how closed each eye is. When both close at once, the game reads it as a blink and moves you one step. It is the same kind of model behind social media filters, used as a controller.

Does it work on a phone?

It does. On a phone you can play by tapping the screen, and the front camera works for blink detection too. Use headphones: the sound does half the work.

Are the games free?

They are. No ads, no in-game purchases and no sign-up. They are public experiments in running AI in the browser.

How these games are made

Each one starts from a practical question: can a vision, language or audio model work as a game mechanic, running in the player’s browser with no server? When the answer is yes, it becomes a game here.
